NORTH CAROLINA 🎯🔴 LEAN DEMOCRATIC
Roy Cooper (D) vs. Michael Whatley (R)
Why We Win: Two-term governor who’s won statewide — twice. Cooper knows how to bring North Carolina families together around kitchen-table issues. Jon Ossoff (D) vs. Mike Collins (R)

Sherrod Brown (D) vs. Jon Husted (R)
