| Online Voter Registration | Sunday, October 4, 2020 | You need a South Carolina driver's license or DMV ID card to use the online voter registration system. The address on record at the DMV needs to match the address where you're registering to vote, this can be updated online. If you don't have the correct ID, you can still register by mail to vote. |
| Absentee Ballot Requests | Friday, October 30, 2020 | You should request your ballot as far in advance of the election as possible. |
| Absentee Ballots Delivered | 7:00 pm, November 3, 2020 | Vote and return the ballot to your county voter registration office either by mail or personal delivery. Place the ballot in the "ballot here-in" envelope and place the "ballot here-in" envelope in the return envelope. Be sure to sign the voter's oath and have your signature witnessed. Anyone can witness your signature. A notary is not necessary. |
