GOP gerrymandering, voter suppression, and election fraud have plagued North Carolina in recent years. With 15 electoral votes and multiple offices in play, Republicans are doing whatever they can to hold onto control in the Tar Heel State. Everything is on the line!
North Carolina has the opportunity to add 15 electoral votes to the tally in the Presidential election which makes it a true swing state. We have a strong Democratic candidate for US Senate in Cal Cunningham. We can hold control of the Governor’s mansion and break the Republican grip of the state legislature! But we can only accomplish this feat with your help.

Key Election Dates & Ballot Info
Be sure you know the details about when and how to vote safely in NC this year.
Voter registration applications submitted fewer than 25 days before an election will not be processed until after the election. You may still register to vote in person using same-day registration in your county during the early voting period.
Fill out an official State Absentee Ballot Request Form, available for download at NCSBE.gov, or pick one up at your county board of elections office. The request form comes with detailed instructions and is available in Spanish. You may also contact your county board of elections and request that one be mailed to you.
One-stop absentee voting (commonly known as "early voting") allows any registered voter to cast an absentee ballot in person on select days prior to Election Day. Unlike on Election Day, when registered voters can only vote at their specific precinct, one-stop voting allows registered voters to vote at any one-stop absentee voting site in the county. One-stop sites will have all the ballot styles for a given election at each site.
When you present to vote at a one-stop site, you may change your name or address, if it needs to be updated.
Voters are not required to show photo ID until further order of the courts.
Until further order of the courts, voters are not required to show photo ID. The law was enjoined by a federal district court on December 31, 2019.
